How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the email address linked to your Himalayasgriffon account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Himalayasgriffon data.
3. Send it to info@himalayasgriffon.com.

We will confirm your request, verify ownership of the account, and delete the customer profile and social-login information associated with that email address.

What may be retained

Booking, payment, invoice, and transaction records may be retained only where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or other legal obligations. These records are not used for marketing after deletion is completed.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
