Cancellation Policy

For the cancellation of services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, inform your trek coordinator or send us in writing at Booking@Himalayasgriffon.com. At the time we receive your written cancellation, refunds will be based on the total fare are as follows.

The cancellation policy is based on the original booking time and original start date of the trek.
Cancel before 30 days of trek start date and get full refund after deduction of 1.99% payment processing fee.
Cancel before 15 days of trek start date and get refund after deduction of 20% of total trek fee.
Cancel before 10 days of trek start date and get refund after deduction of 40% of total trek fee.
Cancel before 5 days of trek start date and get refund after deduction of 60% of total trek fee.
Trek fee is non-refundable if you cancel within 4 days before trek start date.

Cancellations prior to 07 days from the start of the Trek: Get a full refund (minus 5% transaction cost). The money will transfer to the same bank account where the transaction was made.
Cancellations prior to 06 days from the start of the Trek: 100% Full refund of trek cost in form of Trek The Himalayas trek voucher valid for 1 year from date of issue. This voucher is applicable for Indian treks only.
